Hi, I'm Charlotte.
I grew up at the barn on Vancouver Island and I still spend most weekends there, either in the saddle or behind a camera at the side of the ring.
Because I ride, I know the moments that matter: the soft eye after a good round, the perfect knees over an oxer, the way your horse leans into you at the end of a long day. Those are the photos I'm looking for.
Whether it's your first schooling show or a portrait session with your heart horse, I'll make it relaxed, fun and all about the two of you.

How I work
Quiet, patient, horse first
Horses set the pace. I work calmly, read body language and wait for the ears to come forward, so sessions stay relaxed for nervous youngsters and seasoned show horses alike.
Every gallery is edited by hand for true-to-life colour: the deep greens and soft grey skies of the Island, just as they were.
